Buyer Representation Fee = 1% of Sale Price

What are the benefits of a 1% flat fee to you as a home buyer?
With 1PercentGo buyer’s representation:

• You don’t have to worry about being responsible for paying the customary 2.5% fee to an agent to represent you as a buyer
• If the seller is willing to pay your agent’s fee:
  • We will take 1% to cover your buyer’s representation fee
  • Anything above 1% will be credited back to you in escrow
  • If you don’t need the credit back, we will submit an offer with only 1% buyer’s agent fee and either:
    • Make your offer more competitive against other agents who are asking for higher commissions or
    • Negotiate down the price of the home

• If the seller is not paying any commission, and you want the house, our rate is 1% flat.

• If the market is very competitive and you want to submit an offer without asking the seller to pay your agent, you can pay us 1% and we can make your offer more competitive by not asking for any concessions from the seller.

Our listing fee to sell your home is simply 1% which includes market analysis, arranging home inspections, professional photography, 3D virtual tour, house blueprints, high quality print materials, online marketing, listing on the MLS, open house, negotiating the best terms, opening escrow and managing your transaction from A to Z.

*1% does not cover the cost of staging. If the property needs staging, 1PercentGo will arrange for it and as the seller, you can pay the stager directly upfront or at the close of escrow.
*The 1% buyer representation fee applies only to those buyers who have not signed a buyer’s agent agreement with another agent, and who choose 1PercentGo to represent them. Other buyer’s agents may request higher concessions, and as the seller, you have the right to negotiate the fees.
