Buyer Representation Fee = 1% of Sale Price

What are the benefits of a 1% flat fee to you as a home buyer?
With 1PercentGo buyer’s representation:

  • You don’t have to worry about being responsible for paying the customary 2.5% fee to an agent to represent you as a buyer
  • If the seller is willing to pay your agent’s fee:
    • We will take 1% to cover your buyer’s representation fee
    • Anything above 1% will be credited back to you in escrow
    • If you don’t need the credit back, we will submit an offer with only 1% buyer’s agent fee and either:
      • Make your offer more competitive against other agents who are asking for higher commissions or
      • Negotiate down the price of the home
  • If the seller is not paying any commission, and you want the house, our rate is 1% flat.
  • If the market is very competitive and you want to submit an offer without asking the seller to pay your agent, you can pay us 1% and we can make your offer more competitive by not asking for any concessions from the seller.
